ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has urged the nation to come in the support of flood-hit people in Balochistan.
He said that the federal and provincial governments are making efforts to provide support to the flood-affected thousands of people in Balochistan and people should also show their generosity by helping needy brothers and sisters.
In his tweet, PM Shehbaz said that the floods have caused large-scale devastation in Balochistan for which combined efforts are essential to help ”our suffering brothers and sisters”.
In a tweet this morning, the PM said that the environmental disaster was indeed a “big challenge” but “our determination to meet this challenge is still stronger.”
After visiting Balochistan, PM is now going through flood-hit areas in Tank and Dera Ismail Khan in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P). Premier said he will continue to visit more areas to provide relief to a large number of people affected by rains and floods.
