Nawaz Sharif likely to leave for London

Nawaz Sharif, the President of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and a former three-time Prime Minister, is anticipated to travel to London next month. According to sources, Sharif is expected to depart for London on September 11th. During his stay, which is planned to last two to three weeks, he will undergo a medical check-up.

The visit will provide Sharif an opportunity to meet with his sons, who are residing in the UK. This trip comes after his return to Pakistan last year, following a four-year self-imposed exile in London. Sharif had initially left the country due to health concerns and legal challenges, seeking treatment and respite abroad.

The forthcoming visit to London is part of his ongoing health management and family engagements. His return to Pakistan marked a significant moment, ending his extended period away and allowing him to resume his political activities and engage with his party supporters.

Sharif’s upcoming trip is expected to draw attention, given his prominent political role and the significance of his health and family matters. The duration and nature of his stay in London underscore his continued focus on addressing health issues while maintaining connections with his family.
