Martyred Captain Bilal Khalil buried with full military honour and prayers of well-wishers

Father of Shaheed Captain Dr Bilal said he (Bilal) wanted to sacrifice his life in defending his motherland and ‘he did it’.

FAISALABAD/ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Army’s Captain Dr Bilal Khalil, who was martyred in terrorists attack in Nushki, was laid to rest with military honours and prayers of his family members and well-wishers.

Shaheed Captain Bilal was laid to rest at Qaim Sain graveyard with military honours and in presence of his family members and well-wishers.

A total of 13 terrorists were killed, while seven soldiers embraced martyrdom in gun-battle in Nushki.

Father of Shaheed Captain Dr Bilal said he (Bilal) wanted to sacrifice his life in defending his motherland and ‘he did it’.

The funeral prayer of Capt Dr Bilal was offered in his hometown, Faisalabad. Several prominent civil and political leaders, members of Pakistan Army, Punjab police and people from the neighbourhood attended the funeral ceremony.

The father of Shaheed Captain Dr Bilal Khalil, said that he met their son three months back before he joined his duty in Nushki. ”My son wanted to sacrifice his life for his homeland,” he said.
