On Monday, authorities re-arrested Hassaan Khan Niazi (the nephew of PTI Chairman Imran Khan) in a separate case.
The authorities took him into custody as he was leaving the Federal Judicial Complex (FJC), even though he had obtained pre-arrest bail in three cases.
Mr. Niazi had received bail from the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) for cases related to violence that occurred on February 28 and March 18 when Imran Khan visited the FJC.
The judge granted pre-arrest interim bail to him for the FIR registered with the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on March 18.
when a trial court had to indict Mr. Khan in the Toshakhana case.

Islamabad police detained Hassaan Niazi, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s focal person and nephew, in connection with the vandalism at the Judicial Complex during the deposed premier’s appearance in the Toshakhana case.
The police arrested Hassaan from outside the G-11 courts and accused him of orchestrating the attack on the police van and personnel at the Judicial Complex during clashes between PTI workers and the police.
The FIR stated that someone smashed windowpanes, and broke the main gate of the Judicial Complex, and both law enforcers and PTI supporters used anti-riot gear against each other.
Law enforcers used teargas to push back the PTI supporters, and the supporters torched several vehicles.
Meanwhile, the PTI claimed on Twitter that Superintendent of Police Nosherwan Ali Chandio had “abducted” Hassaan, despite securing bail on all cases registered against him. It added that “It is the peak of police brutality.
Hassaan Niazi, a lawyer whose bail was just approved by the court, has been abducted.”
