The child, identified as Iman Fatima, was found critically injured and covered in blood in a sewage drain. Initially, Iman Fatima was admitted to Bhulleh Shah Hospital. Her condition deteriorated, prompting immediate referral to Lahore General Hospital for advanced medical care.
