Court summons five accused in case
LAHORE: A Sessions Court in Lahore has scheduled August 18 for the indictment of five accused, including prominent YouTuber Rajab Butt.
Additional Sessions Judge Zafaryab presided over the hearing and reviewed arguments from the prosecution and case records.
The prosecution argued that the police investigation into the accused remained inadequate, according to details presented in the challan.
Prosecutors urged the court to examine the matter according to law and allow the trial proceedings to move forward.
Following the arguments, the court summoned all five accused to appear for indictment on August 18.
