A Crime Control Department (CCD) police official in Lahore faces serious allegations after a woman accused him of sexual assault and recording an obscene video. Police registered a case against Muhammad Shabbir at Kahna police station following the woman’s complaint.

The complainant, a resident of Kot Lakhpat, visited Kahna Bazaar on October 1. During her visit, her mobile phone reportedly went missing from her purse.
She subsequently approached Kahna police station to report the missing device, where she met Shabbir, a CCD police official. According to her complaint, he obtained her mobile phone number and contacted her later.
The woman alleged that Shabbir called her, claiming police had traced her missing phone. However, she said the meeting took a different turn when he allegedly took her to a woman’s house.

According to the FIR, the complainant alleged that Shabbir pulled out a weapon and sexually assaulted her at the house. She also accused him of recording an obscene video during the alleged incident.
Furthermore, the woman alleged that the official contacted her again and called her to the same woman’s house on October 10. She claimed he sexually assaulted her there as well.
