The association claimed that a candidate ranked third on the seniority list received promotion as Chief Nursing Superintendent.
Similarly, it said a candidate ranked ninth was promoted as Deputy Chief Nursing Superintendent.
These decisions have become a major point of contention among the protesting nurses.
The association argues that promotions should follow seniority, merit and applicable service rules.
