The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunications has announced project-based jobs under the Cyber Security for Digital Pakistan, Phase-I project in Islamabad.
According to Advertisement No. 5/2026, the vacancies are being offered on a contract basis. Eligible candidates can apply online through the National Jobs Portal (NJP).
The available positions range from PPS-05 to PPS-11, with different age limits for each post. The highest-scale position is Director FCERT at PPS-11, while other vacancies cover cybersecurity, technical, finance, procurement, and office support roles.
Cybersecurity And Technical Positions Available
Candidates must meet the specific qualification and experience requirements for their desired positions. Senior cybersecurity roles require relevant academic qualifications and professional experience in cybersecurity, information security, SOC operations, network security, and IT infrastructure.
Technical positions include roles related to security operations, incident response, SIEM systems, network administration, and database management. The advertisement also sets separate requirements for finance, procurement, and administrative positions.
Age Limit And Application Process
The maximum age limits range from 30 to 50 years, depending on the position. A general age relaxation of five years will apply to all advertised posts.
Interested candidates can apply through the National Jobs Portal by selecting the relevant position under the Cyber Security for Digital Pakistan, Phase-I project. Applicants must complete the prescribed online form and provide accurate information.
Candidates should verify their qualifications, experience, and age eligibility before applying. Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication, while incomplete applications will not be considered.
