Pop fans may be getting an unexpected musical reunion. Singer Adéla’s former boyfriend, Henry Morris, has revealed he would be open to recording a song with her.
The 27-year-old musician shared his thoughts during a recent interview, responding positively to the possibility of a post-breakup collaboration.
“I would totally do it,” Morris said. He added that expressing their experiences through music could make an interesting song.
From Former Lovers to Potential Music Partners
Adéla and Morris dated for most of 2024 before ending their relationship in early 2025. However, their shared history has continued to inspire their music.
Fans have linked Adéla’s track Starving Artist to Morris, particularly because of its references to financial struggles during their relationship.
Meanwhile, Morris included a song titled High All the Time on his latest album, Kiss Me Extra Hard. The track, featuring G-Eazy, also draws inspiration from their past relationship.
Interestingly, Morris recently reached out to congratulate Adéla on her growing success. Their conversation eventually turned towards the songs they had written about each other.
He described the exchange as positive, suggesting there was no bad blood between them.
A Collaboration That Could Surprise Fans
Morris also joked that his financial situation had improved since their relationship. He revealed that he now owns a bed frame, although he is still holding onto his collection of grey sweatpants.
Meanwhile, both musicians are busy pursuing their careers. Adéla is preparing to continue her Red Bottom tour in December, while Morris is set to begin an international tour with Artemas.
For now, neither artist has confirmed an official collaboration or recording date. Still, Morris’s willingness to work with his former partner has sparked plenty of curiosity.
Could their past relationship turn into their next musical project? Fans will have to wait and see.
