Daniel Pearl case: Supreme Court refuses to extend the suspension of accused

The Supreme Court has refused to extend the suspension of the convict Omar Sheikh in Daniel Pearl‘s case.

During hearing of the case SC held that there was no impediment to the release of the accused.

The Sindh Prosecutor General said that an order had been issued to keep accused persons behind bars.

On request of the Sindh Prosecutor General, hearing of the case was adjournment till October 21st.
