Reports indicate that Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has recently sold one of his properties, a 2,430-square-foot house situated in Medina, Washington.
Although the exact selling price remains undisclosed, the property was initially listed for sale on March 29 with an asking price close to $4.989 million.
The transaction was facilitated by RE/MAX Northwest, as per reports. The listing for the “mid-century modern” home displayed a “pending” status.
Described as having “spectacular” and “awe-inspiring 180-degree views of Lake Washington, the Seattle skyline, and Olympic mountains,” the property boasts four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a spacious deck, and a tranquil zen garden, all situated on a 0.61-acre lot complete with radiant heated floors.
While Bill Gates has parted ways with this property, he still retains ownership of another residence in Medina, famously known as “Xanadu 2.0.” This lavish estate, spanning 66,000 square feet, is a testament to Gates’s substantial investment, reflecting his penchant for luxurious living.
