Polish Man Breaks Guinness World Record: Endures Over Four Hours Submerged in Ice

Lukasz Szpunar, a Polish national, has recently etched his name into the records of history by accomplishing a remarkable feat: setting a new Guinness World Record for enduring over four hours submerged in ice.

In a breathtaking display of endurance and determination, Szpunar stood resolutely within a box filled with ice, maintaining full body contact, for an impressive duration of four hours and two minutes. The rigorous criteria set forth for this record necessitate the contestant’s body to be completely submerged in ice, except the head and neck, and the only permissible attire being swimming trunks.
