The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL) has opened applications for new jobs across several banking and support departments.
The latest recruitment drive includes head, unit head, manager and officer-level positions. Moreover, the bank seeks professionals across retail banking, audit, finance, risk, operations, digital banking, human resources and information technology.
Interested candidates can submit applications until September 14, 2026. Meanwhile, PPCBL operates 151 branches and primarily provides agriculture-focused banking services.

PPCBL Banking and Operations Vacancies
The Retail Banking Division has announced several senior and mid-level positions. These include Head Collection and Recovery, Deputy Head Collection and Recovery, Unit Head Branch Banking Operations and Unit Head Remedial Management.
Additionally, the bank has vacancies for officers in liabilities and branch operations. PPCBL has also announced 10 Business Development Officer positions.
The Operations Division also offers several positions. These roles cover ATM monitoring, reconciliation, core banking, account processing, record management and clearing.
Specifically, PPCBL seeks four ATM Monitoring Officers, three Account Processing Officers and three Clearing Officers.
PPCBL Jobs 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold at least 14 years of education from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission. Candidates with qualifications from recognized foreign institutions can also apply.
However, experience requirements vary according to each position. Senior roles require greater post-qualification and relevant banking experience. Meanwhile, officer-level positions generally require at least two or three years of relevant experience.
The maximum age limit also varies by position, ranging from 35 to 55 years.
Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability and teamwork skills.
