Saudi authorities have issued a strong advisory for pilgrims planning to perform Hajj in 2025, urging them to make arrangements exclusively through official Saudi platforms.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah emphasized that all bookings must be made via authorized sources that issue legitimate Hajj visas.
The ministry warned against relying on unofficial channels, stressing that any information or travel offers from unauthorized parties are false and not recognized by Saudi authorities.
Pilgrims are urged to thoroughly verify any information they receive to avoid falling prey to scams and fraudulent advertisements linked to Hajj services.
According to the ministry, official Hajj visas can be obtained through recognized Hajj offices in 80 countries or via the “Nusuk Hajj” online platform. This platform, created for pilgrims from over 126 countries, allows individuals to directly book Hajj services securely and transparently.
The announcement follows the implementation of new Hajj regulations, including mandatory display of the Nusuk Card at all times during the pilgrimage and updates to visa policies impacting travelers from countries like Pakistan.
Saudi Arabia continues to tighten its oversight to ensure a smooth, safe, and fraud-free Hajj experience for all pilgrims.
