The Ministry of Religious Affairs has introduced a digital system for medical certification for Hajj 2027 pilgrims. The ministry developed the facility in collaboration with the National Information Technology Board.
Under the new system, Pakistani pilgrims can submit mandatory medical fitness certificates online. They can use the Pak Hajj app and portal to complete the required medical documentation.
Pilgrims Can Submit Medical Certificates Online
Intending pilgrims must download the prescribed medical form before completing the process. They must then have the form completed and verified by a doctor registered with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.
After verification, pilgrims can upload their medical certificates through the Hajj Management System. Meanwhile, Pakistani nationals living abroad will follow a separate procedure under the Overseas Category.
Overseas pilgrims must have their medical forms completed and verified by a doctor in their country of residence. They can then upload the verified certificate through the online system.
Authorities Urge Pilgrims To Complete Formalities Early
Authorities said medical fitness certificates remain mandatory under Saudi requirements for Hajj pilgrims. Therefore, intending pilgrims should complete their medical documentation before registration and other preparations.
Officials have also advised pilgrims to complete their online formalities well in advance. This approach can help them avoid possible delays during the registration and preparation process.
Additionally, pilgrims have been advised to download the Pak Hajj app for easier access to digital services. The application will allow them to complete relevant Hajj requirements through the online system.
