Two foreign women have accused five men of kidnapping, gang rape and demanding ransom in Lahore. Police registered a case at Defence-C Police Station following the allegations.
According to reports, one of the accused is Raza Dar, described as a relative of Pakistan’s deputy prime minister. The first information report (FIR) was registered on the complaint of Dutch national Stephanie Adriana.
FIR Includes Kidnapping And Gang Rape Charges
According to the FIR, police invoked Sections 365-A and 375-A of the Pakistan Penal Code. The case names Raza Dar and four other suspects.
The complainant said she first met Raza Dar in Singapore during October 2025. She alleged that he invited her and another foreign woman to Pakistan and arranged their visas.
The FIR stated that both women arrived in Pakistan on June 29, 2026. It further alleged that the suspects kidnapped them after their arrival.
The complainant alleged that the women were sexually assaulted several times during their captivity. Moreover, she claimed the suspects demanded ransom and threatened to kill them.
The FIR also alleged the suspects threatened to sell the victims’ organs if payment was not arranged. Additionally, the complainant requested police to arrest all five suspects immediately.
Victims Record Statements Before Magistrate
Police later presented the two women before a magistrate at Cantt Kutchery. They recorded their statements under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
The women, identified as Stephanie Adriana Mao and Astrid Robinson, repeated allegations of kidnapping, ransom demands and sexual assault. According to police, the statements fulfilled legal requirements for the investigation.
The FIR alleges that Raza Dar demanded ransom while other suspects committed the alleged assaults. However, the investigation remains ongoing, and the allegations have not been proven in court.
Police have transferred the case to the Investigation Wing. Meanwhile, authorities have expanded the scope of the investigation.
