Who will be Kartik Aaryan’s heroine in Aashiqui 3?

Since the lead actor of the movie, Kartik Aaryan, announced the project on social media, the third instalment of the Aashiqui franchise has been the subject of intense discussion.

Anurag Basu will direct the film and it will be produced by Bhushan Kumar and Mukesh Bhatt.

Now, the movie’s producer Mukesh Bhatt has given a news website important details about the movie’s female lead.

According to a report from Pinkvilla, Mukesh Bhatt has revealed that the heroine of Aashiqui 3 will be a new and fresh face. The team is currently engaged in an expensive search for the movie’s female lead, he claimed.

The film’s script is also nearing completion, and production is scheduled to begin early in 2019.

Kartik announced Aashiqui 3 on social media, writing, “Ab Tere Bin Ji Lenge Hum. Zeher Zindagi Ka Pi Lenge Hum. #Aashiqui3. This one is going to be heart-wrenching!! My First with Basu Da.” Speaking about the film in media interactions, Kartik said, “The timeless classic ‘Aashiqui’ is something I grew up watching, and working on ‘Aashiqui 3’ is like a dream come true. I feel privileged yet grateful to collaborate with Bhushan Kumar and Mukesh Bhatt for this opportunity. I’ve been a big fan of Anurag Basu’s work and collaborating with him on this one will definitely shape me in many ways.”

Kartik will soon be seen in Shehzada, a remake of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo by Allu Arjun. Additionally, he is working on Captain India, Satyaprem Ki Katha, and a potential joint project with Imitiaz Ali.
