Saboor Ali opens up about getting ‘whitening injections’

Saboor Ali and Ali Ansari, One of the most popular celebrity couples in town have been the talk of the town ever since they got married. 

The couple is gaining popularity online due to their Loved-up pictures that have been taken over the web. With their outstanding performances in several popular blockbuster serials, Saboor and Ali have captured thousands of hearts at a very young age.

Pakistani actress Saboor Aly performs in Urdu movies and TV shows. She started her acting career with a supporting role alongside her sister in the family drama Mehmoodabad Ki Malkin.

Ali Ansari, is a Pakistani actor, model, musician, and video jockey. He started his career as an RJ for the popular radio show “Dude, where’s my song?” before switching to modelling. Momin Ansari’s son was born in Lahore. He made his acting debut in the television soap opera Riffat Appa Ki Bahuein in 2015.

The famous couple had previously been seen getting their skin whitening injections at a clinic. Take a look at the photos that have been posted on social media, where Saboor and Ali can be seen lying on a sofa with a whitening drip being inserted into their arm.

The audience started criticising the couple as soon as the photo started to go viral on social media. The couple was criticised by the keyboard warriors for getting whitening treatment without holding back.

Recently, Saboor was invited to appear on The Talk Talk Show, where the host of the programme asked her if she wanted to dispel any misconceptions people might have about their whitening treatment.

“You and Ali Ansari have had whitening injections, which got misinterpreted, would you clarify that?” Host Asked.

Saboor Aly stated:  “These were not whitening injections they were vitamins we work a lot and our skin got tan, so we take this. Apart from it if we were taking those whitening injections. So surely I will appear in some prominent channels in prominent roles.”

She continued by saying that in the past, directors prioritised applying ivory foundation to all female actors in order to make them appear white, but that practise has since changed.

Ali claimed that although she is unsure of whether the fashion has changed, she is now in a position to refuse requests for something she does not support.
