Brad William Henke, the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black actor has passed away at 56 years of age . His manager remembers him as a kind man with a flare of joyous energy, adding that Brad was an incredibly talented actor and expressed his condolences and thoughts to the actor’s family.
The football player turned actor had died in his sleep on Nov. 29, a news confirmed by his agent Sheree Cohen, but exact cause of his death is not disclosed to the public.
His notable works include Justified, Lost, ER, CSI, Judging Amy, Crossing Jordan, Dexter, Chicago Hope and playing Desi Piscatella – one of the prison guards on “OITNB,” which ran for seven seasons on Netflix from 2013 until 2019.He also starred in Pacific Rim and World Trade Center, among other films.
The actor also won a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series in 2016.
