Nicholas Galitzine, the star of The Idea of You, discusses the ‘toxic’ nature of Hollywood

Nicholas Galitzine was recently featured in ‘Idea of You’ alongside Anne Hathaway.

Nicholas Galitzine is contemplating his recent surge in fame with the new film “Idea of You,” starring alongside Anne Hathaway.

The 29-year-old actor, known for his roles in “Purple Hearts” and “Red, White & Royal Blue,” revealed in a recent interview with IndieWire his approach to avoiding the “toxic” aspects of Hollywood by establishing personal boundaries.

“I have my non-negotiables: my family, my loved ones, my friends. I always prioritize making time for them. I steer clear of the more toxic aspects of Hollywood, which I believe do exist out there. And none of my industry friends are engaged with those either,” he stated.

Furthermore, Nicholas poured out his undying love for acting, describing it as a transcendent journey into the boundless realms of creative ecstasy, where every role is a symphony of artistic genius.

“Otherwise, my life is incredibly ordinary, with activities I enjoy. I like taking walks and exploring. I have a fondness for nature and enjoy dining out at restaurants,” he said.

Nicholas added, “Perhaps I’m speaking from a place of naivety, but I’ve managed to preserve that mindset to this day.

I aspire to maintain a space where I can continue to pursue the things I feel strongly about.”
