Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal expressed frustration over the negative portrayal of her remarks about messages from cricketers on social media.
In her Instagram story, she strongly criticized those who are spreading misinformation for attention, asserting that she never made any derogatory remarks about any cricketer. She firmly stated that if she had received any messages, she would have dealt with them privately.
Venting her displeasure, the Ehd-e-Wafa actress condemned the spread of negativity for personal gain, especially calling out individuals who exploit controversies to boost their online presence.

Momina emphasized the significance of mutual respect among individuals, highlighting the importance of unity and positivity for the nation’s well-being.
“Don’t spread negativity for no reason! I’m surprised at those who post anything just to get views,” she wrote.
Additionally, Momina urged her followers to focus on more critical issues, such as the recent tragic incident involving the death of Maryam Bibi in the Millat Express accident. She encouraged everyone to raise their voices where it truly matters and avoid unnecessary conflicts.
Responding to a recent interview question by Wasi Shah regarding messages from cricketers, Momina explained that such interactions are common within the entertainment industry due to their shared presence. She clarified that these messages typically involve well-wishes and greetings, without recalling any specific cricketers’ names.
