Nayyara Noor, a well-known playback singer, died on Sunday, according to the local media. The well-known crooner, who had a long and successful career, was 71 years old. Numerous national awards were given to Noor.
The President of Pakistan first gave her the honorific Bulbul-e-Pakistan and the Pride of Performance Award in 2006. In 1973, Noor received the Nigar Award as well.

Federal Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Shazia Atta Marri expressed her sorrow at hearing of the death of “Bulbul-e-Pakistan” Nayyara Noor and said that the country has lost a wonderful singer in her condolence message.
Faisal Javed Khan, the leader of the PTI, also prayed for Noor’s soul in heaven and praised one of her best performances while singing poetry by Faiz Ahmed Faiz. “Nayyara Noor cannot exist again.
