Turkiye has reported a record growth in its exports to $254 billion in 2022.Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that despite global challenges, Turkish exports demonstrated 13 percent growth from a year earlier.
Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan shared this breaking news with media on Tuesday.
Erdogan said, “Our goal is to ensure that Türkiye takes its place among the top 10 exporting countries in the world.”
Turkish President said, “The number of countries and regions to which we export with our national currency has reached 197.”
In Turkish Lira, exports of Turkiye increased to 4042 billion. Turkish economy is one of the fastest growing in the region despite many global shocks and vulnerabilities.
In 2022, the exports of Turkiye set a new landmark mounting to an all time high record of $254 billion.
