Clover Pakistan Limited has entered Pakistanโs electric vehicle infrastructure market by securing exclusive distribution rights for EV charging products from UK-based CITA-UK. The agreement marks the companyโs latest move to diversify into the countryโs expanding green energy sector.

In a notification submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Clover Pakistan announced that it has become the exclusive distributor and stockist of CITA-UKโs EV chargers, accessories, and related equipment in Pakistan.
Under the agreement, Clover Pakistan will market and distribute CITA-UKโs smart charging solutions across the country. The UK-based company specializes in EV charging technology and infrastructure designed to support the growing adoption of electric vehicles.
The partnership strengthens Clover Pakistanโs presence in the sustainable technology sector while expanding its portfolio beyond its traditional business operations.
Company targets growing green energy sector
Clover Pakistan said the agreement supports its long-term strategy to diversify into high-growth industries. The company believes demand for EV charging infrastructure will continue to rise as Pakistan gradually adopts electric mobility.
Clover Pakistan operates as a subsidiary of Fossil Energy (Private) Limited. The company primarily trades in petroleum, oil, gas, hydrocarbons, petrochemicals, asphalt, and related products. It also manages the import, export, storage, transportation, marketing, and distribution of energy products.
By entering the EV charging market, Clover Pakistan aims to capitalize on emerging opportunities in clean energy while contributing to the development of Pakistanโs electric vehicle ecosystem. The agreement represents another step toward expanding the country’s charging infrastructure and supporting the transition to more sustainable transportation.
