The Citizen Facilitation Centre Tarlai has become fully operational after successfully completing its pilot phase. The centre now provides eight government services under one roof.
The facility aims to bring essential public services closer to Islamabad residents. Citizens can access several documents and services without visiting different government offices.
Eight Government Services Available
CFC Tarlai provides domicile, birth and death certificates to residents. It also offers marriage certificate, divorce registration and Fard services.
Citizens can additionally obtain International Driving Permits and document attestation services. The centre provides these facilities through a single location.
During the pilot phase, the centre processed numerous applications. From July 29 to August 11, officials processed 106 domicile cases and issued 95 birth certificates.
The centre also processed 47 marriage certificate cases and 31 Fard cases. Officials issued 15 death certificates during the same period.
Officials Highlight Improved Public Services
Authorities are conducting real-time monitoring at the state-of-the-art facility. The system aims to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain service standards.
Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Irfan Memon said the centre provides important services under one roof. He added that its full operation would make government services more accessible.
Residents have also welcomed the facility and its convenient location. The centre is expected to further improve access to public services for nearby communities.
The operationalisation of CFC Tarlai marks another step toward citizen-focused service delivery. Authorities aim to make government services faster and easier for residents.
