Islamabad: The Government of Pakistan has recently appointed 48 prominent business leaders as ambassadors at large and announced the issuance of official/gratis passports to these individuals.
This decision, authorized by the Federal Board of Revenue in a letter dated April 9, 2024, recognizes these taxpayers for their significant contributions.
Prime Minister of Pakistan has approved the issuance of these passports to the following individuals: Shahzad Saleem, Asghar Ali, Syed Asad Hussain Zaidi, Muhammad Maqsood, Jehanzaib, Mian Umer Mansha, Murtaza Ahmed, Shahid Rathore, Asif Peer, Wasif Sattar, Waseem Ahmed, Nadeem Ahmed, Zulfiqar Ali Khan, Abubakar Hanif, Naveed Amer, Hasan Saleem, Abdul Rehman, Ali Asrar Hussain Agha, Chaudhry Muhammad Abdullah, Asif Jooma, Mian Dad, Mujtaba, Mohsin Aziz, Faisal Garib, Ahmed Muhammad, Hira Butt, Huma Arshad, Chaudhry Saif Javed, Salma Sultana, Mohammad Ahmad Mahjoob, Zahid Garib, Mustafa Bin Talha, Daniel Ahmed, Ahmed Ashraf Mukaty, Rehman Naseem, Misbah Burney, Umar Ur Rehman Butt, Khalid Mahmood, Syed Muhammad Taha, Nadeem Akhtar, Mian Mohammad Mansha, Nazimuddin Feroz, Imtiaz Hussain, Jarrar Hussain Awan, Tauseef Nawaz, Khalid Yousuf, Mirza Javaid Iqbal, Ali Zafar Naqvi.
These passports will be valid for a duration of two years. The Directorate General of Immigration & Passports has instructed zonal heads in Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, and Lahore to expedite the issuance process.
