For the year 2024, the prestigious Kamal-e-Fun Award for 2023 has been awarded to renowned poet Iftikhar Arif, honoring his remarkable lifetime contributions to literature.

Dr. Arif emphasized that the Kamal-e-Fun Award, instituted in 1997, remains the country’s highest literary distinction and carries a cash prize of one million rupees. It is presented annually to a literary luminary in recognition of their enduring impact on the literary world.
