ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan today advised the President Dr Arif Alvi to dissolve assemblies after Deputy Speaker of National Assembly bulldozed the opposition’s no-confidence move against him.
PM announced this stunning announcement moments after National Assembly Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri, who was chairing today’s session, dismissed the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan, terming it a contradiction of Article 5 of the Constitution.
Addressing the nation on Television, PM Khan congratulated people for foiling the foreign-sponsored no-confidence move against him.
Reaction is opposition parties is expected very soon against this unexpected move of the PTI government and PM Imran Khan.
