ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid said that he has advised Prime Minister Imran Khan to impose Governor Rule in Sindh.
Talking to the media in Islamabad today, he accused the Sindh government of “buying and selling” lawmakers’ votes and declared it a conspiracy against democracy.

“We are not sending police to Sindh House as they (dissident PTI lawmakers) went to Sindh House because of their greed for money,” he said, adding the matter was between the lawmakers and their constituents.
He claimed that the PTI MNAs had been “attracted by money”, saying it was a very good thing that they had been “exposed”.
About 24 PTI MNAs are staying in Sindh House ahead of the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Raja Riaz, a disgrunted PTI MNA disclosed this today and said that if PM Imran Khan assures all MNAs that no action will be taken against those who decide to vote against him on the day of the no-confidence motion, they will go back to the Parliament Lodges.
Raja Riaz claimed that 24 members are staying in the Sindh House out of which 20 belong to PTI.
Earlier, Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhary Pervez Elahi said that the Prime Minister should focus on 12 missing MNAs instead of gathering one million people in Islamabad on March 27. He also said that PM Khan should try to manage this situation by eliminating frictions in the party and its allies.
