Originally from a small village in South Punjab, Imran had moved to Lahore in search of work. However, he never imagined that his facial features would spark such massive public interest.

In an interview with a local TV channel, Imran said villagers had often told him that he looked like Babar Azam. Nevertheless, he admitted that he never took the comparisons seriously. “Since coming to Lahore, I realize they were right,” he said with a smile.
Moreover, Imran shared that people now frequently approach him in public because he resembles the cricket star. He revealed that he felt particularly upset when Babar Azam was dropped for a recent match against Sri Lanka, saying he closely follows the national team’s performance.
