Pakistani Ambassador Dr. Yousaf Junaid pays a solidarity visit to Bolu tragedy site in Turkiye

In the wake of the devastating fire that occurred in a hotel in Kartalkaya ski resort in Bolu, the Ambassador of Pakistan to Turkiye Dr. Yousaf Junaid, visited Bolu to offer condolences and express strong solidarity with the Turkish nation. 

On behalf of the Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the Pakistani nation, Ambassador Dr. Yousaf Junaid extended heartfelt condolences and offered fatiha for the precious lives lost in the tragic incident. 

He stated that Pakistan and Turkiye have a glorious history of supporting each other under all circumstances. Our hearts beat together and we share joy and pain. The whole Pakistani nation is deeply grieved on the tragic incident, he added. 

During visit to AFAD Coordination Centre, Ambassador Junaid was briefed by AFAD President, Governor Okay Memis on the incident and the actions taken to control the situation.

Governor Okay Memis thanked the ambassador for his solidarity visit and Pakistani nation for standing with Turkiye in this hour of sorrow.
