During the recent hearing of the Toshakhana case at Adiala Jail, tensions flared among PTI Founder Imran Khan’s family members, drawing attention to internal disputes.
Sources from the jail reported a heated altercation involving Imran Khan’s sister, Aleema Khan, and his wife, Bushra Bibi, along with her daughters. The commotion occurred while Imran Khan was addressing the media on Monday, with the noise from the family corner becoming noticeably disruptive.
The conflict began when Aleema Khan commented on an unfamiliar woman present in the court, which prompted a strong reaction fromClash and her daughter. The disagreement quickly escalated into a verbal confrontation, causing distress and even leading to Bushra Bibi’s young granddaughter crying due to the loud argument.
Imran Khan, visibly distressed by the disruption, had to pause his media interactions three times to address the commotion. The incident has fueled speculation about deeper family issues within the PTI leader’s household amidst the ongoing Toshakhana case.
In related news, Imran Khan criticized the arrest of former ISI chief Faiz Hameed, suggesting it was part of a strategy to shift his case to a military court. The Pakistan Army’s media relations department had announced Hameed’s detention for alleged Army Act violations, with three other retired army officials also being taken into custody in connection with the Top City housing society case.
Imran Khan dismissed the cases against him as unfounded, defending Hameed as a capable general and dismissing allegations that his wife had improper connections with the former ISI chief.
