Determined to continue their adventure, they opted for a 1922 model car to carry on their travels.

The oppressive weather took its toll on the couple, leaving them exhausted and unwell.
Prior to their stop in Jacobabad, Lang and Bev had embarked on a remarkable exploration of Quetta, reveling in its breathtaking mountain scenery and Balochistan’s picturesque landscapes.
Crossing the border at Taftan on May 23, they began their Pakistani adventure, a journey they’ve undertaken together for 40 years, traversing the globe in their century-old car.
Faced with the unforgiving heat in Jacobabad, the couple made a pragmatic decision.
They arranged for their cherished vintage car to be loaded onto a truck bound for Lahore, opting instead to continue their journey in a more conventional vehicle.
With their vintage car en route to Lahore, Lang and Bev plan to proceed to India via the Wagah Border, marking the next leg of their extraordinary journey.
