The federal government has approved civil awards for 78 individuals in recognition of their sacrifices, courage and extraordinary bravery.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi chaired the meeting, which considered the cases of individuals being recognised for their services and acts of bravery.

Mohsin Naqvi said the sacrifices made by martyrs represent an important national legacy.
He also described the bravery of ghazis as a valuable national asset that reflects devotion to the country.
The minister emphasised that such courage and sacrifice deserve recognition and encouragement.
