PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police have released a list of 83 wanted terrorists and announced cash rewards for information leading to their arrest.
The police also offered rewards for intelligence that could help authorities prevent terrorist activities and counter security threats.
The total reward amount stands at Rs285.8 million, with individual rewards ranging from Rs500,000 to Rs10 million.
According to the Central Police Office, informants can receive financial rewards by providing information that leads to arrests.
Authorities will also reward individuals who provide effective intelligence about the wanted suspects and their activities.
Meanwhile, the KP police assured informants that officials would keep their identities completely confidential.
The wanted individuals reportedly have links to several areas across the province, including Dera Ismail Khan, Kulachi and Darazinda.
Other suspects are connected with Daraban, Paroa and surrounding areas, according to police information.
The police urged residents to remain vigilant and immediately report suspicious activities involving terrorists or members of Fitna al-Khawarij.
Authorities said timely information from the public could help security agencies identify threats and prevent potential attacks.
Furthermore, police encouraged citizens to report any suspicious individual or activity without delay.
The reward initiative aims to strengthen cooperation between law enforcement agencies and local communities in the fight against terrorism.
