KARACHI: Two cops were killed in a grenade explosion while another sustained injuries when blast took place inside the headquarters of the Karachi police on Wednesday.
Police said the grenade explosion occurred inside the ammunition depot during cleaning process. The head-office of Karachi police is located in Gardens area.
Police constables Shahzad and Sabir died in the grenade blast while incharge of the depot, Saeed suffered injuries.
Karachi police officials are investigating the causes of grenade blast which killed two policemen and injured another one.
