Three Pakistani companies have secured places on Forbes Asiaโs Best Under A Billion 2026 list. Murree Brewery, Systems Limited, and Sazgar Engineering Works made the prestigious list.
The annual ranking recognises 200 publicly listed companies across the Asia Pacific region. Forbes said selected companies overcame geopolitical tensions and volatile energy markets.
The list includes firms reporting annual sales above $10 million and below $1 billion. The companies also demonstrated strong financial performance during challenging market conditions.
Murree Brewery and Systems Limited Earn Recognition
Murree Brewery reported net sales of $102 million, according to Forbes. Its market value stood at $92 million during the assessment.
Established in 1861, the company manufactures and sells a range of products. It became a public limited company before the partition of the subcontinent.
Meanwhile, Systems Limited recorded sales of $286 million. The technology company reported a market value of $759 million.
Sazgar Strengthens Pakistanโs Representation
Sazgar Engineering Works reported sales of $389 million and net income of $58 million. The company manufactures automobiles, automotive parts, accessories, and household electronic appliances.
Sazgar was established as a private limited company in 1991. It became a public limited company three years later, in 1994.
Its manufacturing facilities operate in Lahore. The companyโs inclusion highlights Pakistanโs growing representation across several major business sectors.
The three firms represent brewery and consumer products, technology, and automotive industries. Consequently, their recognition highlights the performance of Pakistani businesses across diverse sectors.
Forbesโ latest ranking provides international visibility for Pakistanโs leading publicly listed companies. Their inclusion also reflects resilience amid challenging economic and geopolitical conditions.
