More Than 250 Matches to Stream Across Tapmad and Tamasha
Tapmad has secured live streaming rights for Pakistanโs menโs and womenโs domestic cricket season for 2026-27.
The agreement with the Pakistan Cricket Board will bring more than 250 domestic matches to digital audiences during the season.
Tapmad will serve as the primary streaming platform.
Tamasha will operate as Tapmadโs official syndication partner, giving cricket fans another digital option to watch domestic competitions.
The partnership is aimed at making Pakistanโs domestic cricket more accessible to viewers across the country.
It will cover senior menโs tournaments, womenโs competitions and age-group cricket.
The PCB has already confirmed that the 2026-27 menโs domestic season will run from August 11, 2026, until June 15, 2027.
The season will begin with the National Champions Cup in Multan.
The four-team List A competition is scheduled from August 11 to August 18.
Major First-Class, T20 and Youth Events Included
Fans will be able to watch several of Pakistanโs leading domestic tournaments through the streaming partnership.
Coverage will include the National Champions Cup and the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy Gold and Silver competitions.
The Presidentโs Trophy will also be available online.
The National T20 Cup is included in the digital coverage package.
Pakistanโs domestic structure has expanded significantly for the new season.
The Quaid-e-Azam Trophy Gold competition will feature eight teams.
The Silver competition will include 12 sides, while regional participation in major tournaments has also increased.
Age-group cricket will receive significant digital exposure as well.
Under-15, Under-17 and Under-19 competitions are expected to be streamed during the season.
The PCBโs calendar includes Under-19 three-day and 50-over tournaments, an Under-15 50-over competition and an Under-17 two-day event.
The coverage could provide greater visibility to young players attempting to progress through Pakistanโs cricket development system.
Domestic tournaments are often the main pathway for players seeking selection for Pakistan Shaheens and the senior national teams.
Tapmad has previously worked with the PCB on digital coverage of tournaments including the Presidentโs Cup, Presidentโs Trophy, National T20 competitions and youth events.
Womenโs Domestic Cricket Gets Wider Digital Exposure
Womenโs cricket will also form an important part of the streaming agreement.
The Womenโs One-Day Tournament will be available to online viewers.
The Womenโs T20 competition and Womenโs Under-19 T20 Championship will also receive live coverage.
The expanded access could help womenโs domestic cricket reach viewers who previously had limited opportunities to watch matches outside major international events.
PCB Commercial Director Dr Ali Adnan Zaidi welcomed the investment in domestic cricket.
He said stronger digital coverage would improve visibility for domestic competitions and make matches more accessible to supporters.
The PCB has increasingly focused on expanding the digital reach of domestic cricket as part of its wider commercial strategy.
Officials believe stronger streaming coverage can help fans follow emerging players before they reach international level.
Senior General Manager for Domestic Cricket Osama Sharoon said the initiative could also introduce domestic cricket to a younger generation of supporters.
The PCBโs newly announced calendar includes first-class, List A, T20 and age-group competitions across an extended season.
Tapmad Chief Executive Officer Yasir Pasha said domestic cricket remains the foundation of Pakistanโs success at international level.
He said players competing at regional, departmental and youth levels deserve high-quality digital coverage.
The partnership with Tamasha is expected to increase online viewership and provide wider access to matches taking place at venues across Pakistan.
For fans, the agreement means a much larger portion of the domestic cricket calendar will be available through mobile phones, smart televisions and other internet-connected devices.
For players, greater coverage could provide additional exposure to selectors, supporters and commercial partners.
