ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has launched a Public Facilitation Portal, developed under the special directions of the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
Accessible through the Court’s official website under the “Public Portal” tab, the platform serves as a one-stop, interactive gateway connecting citizens directly with the judiciary.
Simplifying Case Information Access
Through the Cases Information section, users can now search for case details by name, case number, or petition type.
This digital feature eliminates the need for multiple court visits, offering instant access to case progress and status online.
Helpline and FAQs for Public Guidance
The Helpline 1818 provides citizens with a direct communication channel to the Supreme Court for guidance, procedural queries, and technical support.
A comprehensive FAQs section explains judicial terms, filing methods, and hearing procedures in clear, simple language, empowering citizens to engage confidently—even without legal representation.
Real-Time Application Tracking
The Applications Status section enables real-time tracking of submissions, including Early Hearing Requests, General Adjournments, and Video Link Petitions.
Users receive instant updates on application progress, next steps, and decisions—reducing administrative delays and ensuring transparency at every stage.
This innovation allows litigants, especially those from remote areas or overseas, to remain connected with case developments without physical presence.
Promoting Accountability Through Citizen Feedback
The Complaints and Inquiries module lets users register grievances, share feedback, and suggest improvements through an integrated Feedback Portal.
Additionally, the Anti-Corruption Reporting mechanism ensures a safe, confidential channel for reporting unethical practices—reflecting the Court’s zero-tolerance policy toward misconduct.
Dedicated Portal for Overseas Pakistanis
The Overseas Litigants Portal extends judicial facilitation to Pakistanis living abroad, allowing them to monitor cases, submit requests, and communicate securely with the Court.
Advancing Accessibility and Transparency
The Public Facilitation Portal represents a major leap toward a responsive and people-centered judiciary. By digitizing key services, the Supreme Court ensures that justice is accessible, transparent, and barrier-free for every citizen.
This initiative redefines the Court as an active public partner—transparent, inclusive, and committed to serving the people.
