South African batter Matthew Breetzke has set a new world record for the highest individual score on debut in international cricket.
In his debut match, Breetzke delivered a stunning knock of 150 runs from 148 balls, hitting five sixes and 11 fours to reach the remarkable milestone.
The previous record was held by West Indies great Desmond Haynes, who scored 148 runs in his debut match back in 1978.
