Zara Noor Abbas has unveiled the official poster for Gear Up, her segment in the upcoming anthology film Sheroes.
Ahead of the teaser, the actor gives fans their first glimpse of her action-packed character. Abbas appears in tactical gear, wearing gloves and holding a gun.
The poster strongly suggests that she plays a police officer in the film. Moreover, Abbas shared the first look on Instagram and described Gear Up as a story of “courage under pressure”.
She also told fans that the poster marks only the beginning. Meanwhile, the segment’s teaser will arrive on September 8.
Sheroes Brings Three Women-Led Stories
Gear Up forms one of three standalone stories in Sheroes. The anthology brings together Abbas, Kinza Hashmi and Ushna Shah.
Each actress portrays a woman facing different personal and professional challenges. However, Abbas’ segment appears to deliver the film’s most action-focused storyline.
The trailer shows her character tackling several dangerous situations. For instance, she takes part in high-speed car chases and a bomb-disposal sequence.
Additionally, another scene shows her arriving at a police station on a motorcycle.
Meanwhile, Hashmi’s segment, Artist, received the first individual teaser. Her story explores the world of art and forgery.
Ushna Shah’s segment will also receive its own promotional spotlight as the release date approaches.
Sheroes Arrives in Pakistani Cinemas
