Vacancies Open Nationwide
The Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonments and Garrisons) Directorate, under the Ministry of Defence, has announced 207 job openings.
The positions are available in schools and colleges across Pakistan, including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
Majority Posts for Elementary School Teachers
Meanwhile, most vacancies are for Elementary School Teachers (EST).
There are 121 positions for male candidates and 71 for female candidates at BPS-14.
Applicants must hold a 16-year degree in any discipline.
A B.Ed. qualification is not mandatory.
Support Staff Opportunities
Also, additional positions include one Librarian (BPS-15), two Library Assistants (BPS-09), and eight Assistant Librarians (BPS-09). Other roles include one Band Master (BPS-06) and three Sewing Mistresses (BPS-06).
Age Limits and Relaxation
The age limit is 20–35 years for BPS-14 and BPS-15 roles.
For BPS-06 and BPS-09 roles, the limit is 18–30 years.
Government policy allows relaxation from three to fifteen years, depending on the category.
Only one type of relaxation will apply to each candidate.
Application Process
Candidates must apply online at induction.fgei.gov.pk.
All required documents must be uploaded with the application.
No hard copies will be accepted.
Roll number slips will also be available on the same portal.
Applicants must present these slips at the written test centers.
Test Centers and Selection
Notably, written tests will take place in six cities: Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, and Quetta.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews based on test results.
They must present original academic documents at the time of the interview.
Government employees must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Important Deadline
Applications with false or incomplete details will be rejected.
The deadline for submission is September 23, 2025.
