
Security agencies managed to foil several terrorist efforts to enter Pakistan from Afghanistan in the last two days. The information was provided by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), which is the media wing of the army within the armed forces of Pakistan.

The troops then attacked the militants, resulting in intense gunfire. As a result of this operation, nine militants were killed. Additionally, a large number of weapons and ammunition were seized.

Secondly, a skirmish erupted in the Bajaur area when another faction attempted to break through the fence. In this scenario, the military forces succeeded in taking out four other militants. Even during this tough battle, the military was able to secure the borders to prevent additional individuals from infiltrating the hilly regions. This shows the difficulties associated with managing borders in zones where militants can easily hide.
The military is still determined to safeguard the country’s borders and prevent acts of cross-border terrorism. The local community members have also expressed their solidarity with the security forces, saying that such action is necessary to restore peace in the province. As of now, sanitation activities are being carried out in the nearby zones to eliminate any lingering danger to the locals.
