SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited has received Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) approval to issue its prospectus for a Rs. 1.92 billion IPO.
The company will offer 30 million ordinary shares, representing 32.01 percent of its post-IPO paid-up capital. It will set the floor price at Rs. 40 per share, while book building could raise it to Rs. 64.
IPO Could Raise Up To Rs. 1.92 Billion
The offering could generate between Rs. 1.20 billion and Rs. 1.92 billion for the company. Book building will take place on September 21 and 22, while public subscriptions will remain open on September 28 and 29.
Of the total shares, 22.5 million, or 75 percent, will go through book building. The remaining 7.5 million shares will be offered to general investors.
Topline Securities Limited and Growth Securities Limited will serve as joint lead managers for the IPO. The company plans to use the proceeds to strengthen its working capital.
Company Targets Higher Export Revenue
SE Fruits and Vegetable expects the additional funds to increase seasonal procurement and processing capacity. The investment will also support higher export volumes as the company expands its international business.
The company generated approximately $4 million in export revenue during FY2026. That amount represented less than one percent of Pakistan’s estimated $470 million fruit and vegetable export market.
For FY2027, the company targets export revenue of around $18 million. If achieved, the target could increase its share of Pakistan’s fruit and vegetable export market to nearly four percent.
Based in Sargodha, the company previously operated under the name Shaheen Enterprises. It has nearly three decades of experience and exports kinnow, mangoes, potatoes and other agricultural products.
The company currently supplies products to more than 22 countries. Its IPO marks an effort to secure additional capital while supporting expansion in procurement, processing and exports.
