Private educational institutions have called on the government to allow schools to reopen from August 3. The Private School Solutions of Pakistan said the decision would help prevent further disruption to students’ education.
The organization raised the demand during a meeting led by President Malik Abdul Sami. Participants discussed challenges faced by private schools, government restrictions, and possible measures to address ongoing concerns.
Malik Abdul Sami emphasized the importance of maintaining students’ academic progress. He urged authorities to consider the impact of prolonged closures on learning and educational activities.
Private Schools Highlight Registration Issues
During the meeting, Malik Abdul Sami also advised unregistered private schools to complete their registration process immediately. He said registration would help institutions continue educational services while following government regulations.
Furthermore, he stated that registered schools could operate without facing legal difficulties. He encouraged private institutions to cooperate with authorities and meet all required standards.
The participants agreed to continue discussions with relevant government departments. They expressed their commitment to resolving issues affecting private educational institutions and improving the quality of education across the country.
School Representatives Discuss Future Education Plans
Several senior officials from the organization attended the meeting. These included Senior Vice President Imtiaz Shaukat, Provincial President Saeed Khan, Hafiz Farooq Khan, General Secretary Tauheed Ahmed, Rafiq Khalil, Waheed Shah, Azhar Khan, Malik Sarwar, and Talib Hussain.
The representatives discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between private schools and government authorities. They also highlighted the need for effective policies that support students and educational institutions.
Meanwhile, private school associations continue to seek solutions for challenges affecting the education sector. They believe timely decisions can help students recover from academic setbacks and ensure a smoother learning process.
The organization stressed that reopening schools with proper guidelines would allow students to continue their studies while maintaining compliance with official requirements.
