While the clips do not reveal the smartphone itself, they repeatedly feature visual themes highlighting broader shapes and wider proportions.
Samsung also included taglines such as “A New Shape” and “A Bold Stroke,” signalling what appears to be a significant design change for its upcoming foldable lineup.
Reports point to wider design and July unveiling
The teaser campaign aligns with earlier reports suggesting Samsung will move away from the tall, narrow design used in previous Galaxy Z Fold models. Instead, the company is expected to introduce a shorter and wider foldable, offering users a larger and more practical cover display while maintaining the device’s book-style folding mechanism.
Although Samsung has yet to officially announce the date of its next Galaxy Unpacked event, multiple reports indicate the launch could take place on July 22. The event is expected to showcase several new foldable devices, including the Galaxy Z Fold 8, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra and the Galaxy Z Flip 8.
The company has not confirmed the specifications, pricing or availability of the new smartphones. However, the latest teaser campaign suggests Samsung is preparing to reveal additional details in the coming weeks.
