Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has sparked laughter with his playful remarks about actress Karisma Kapoor, describing their decades-long friendship as the “longest-living affair” during an appearance on *Koffee With Karan* Season 9.
The lighthearted exchange took place on filmmaker Karan Johar’s popular celebrity talk show, where Salman and Karisma discussed their personal equation and memories from their film careers.
During the conversation, Karan mentioned that Karisma considered her relationship with Salman purely platonic. Salman immediately responded jokingly, “She is lying,” before calling their bond the longest-running affair.
The actor continued the joke by claiming that Karisma had left him heartbroken when she married businessman Sunjay Kapur. His remarks surprised Karisma and prompted laughter from both the actress and the host.
