Riyadh Air has officially opened ticket sales for its much-anticipated Pakistan operations, marking a major milestone in expanding air connectivity between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. The airline will begin scheduled flights to Islamabad and Lahore later this month, offering passengers more travel options between the two countries.
The launch strengthens long-standing cultural and economic ties while improving connectivity for business travelers, tourists, and the large Pakistani community living in Saudi Arabia.
Islamabad Flights Begin on August 14
Riyadh Air will launch its first Islamabad service on August 14, 2026.
The airline will operate daily flights between Riyadh and Islamabad. Four weekly flights will depart Riyadh at 1:45 pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Meanwhile, three additional weekly services will leave Riyadh at 8:10 pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The daily schedule aims to provide passengers with greater flexibility and convenient travel throughout the week.
Lahore Services Follow Days Later
The airline will expand its Pakistan network further with flights to Lahore.
The inaugural Lahore service will begin on August 18, 2026.
Flights between Riyadh and Lahore will operate three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Each flight will depart Riyadh at 1:40 pm local time.
Modern Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners to Serve Pakistan
Riyadh Air will operate both Pakistan routes using its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners.
Passengers will experience the airline’s latest cabin interiors and onboard services throughout the journey.
Moreover, the addition of Islamabad and Lahore strengthens Riyadh Air’s growing presence across Asia as it continues expanding its international network.
