Methane Explosion Triggers Deadly Mine Collapse
At least six miners were killed after a methane gas explosion caused a coal mine to collapse near Quetta on Thursday.
The incident occurred in the Spin Karez area on the outskirts of the provincial capital.

Nosherwani said the provincial government was closely monitoring developments at the site.
He added that the rescue mission would continue until the trapped workers were located.
Emergency teams worked late into the day to remove debris from the collapsed sections.
